Outstanding customer service from beginning to end with Neishem’s. From the first call to set up service through our amazing technicians Eddie and Jason, the experience was terrific. Eddie and Jason went out of their way to work through the July 4th holiday weekend, keep us completely informed and communicated throughout the whole water damage mitigation process (which can be stressful). I happily use Nesheim’s for cleaning of my wool area rugs. Most recently I had them come out to the house to shampoo carpet runners that I have on my hardwood stairs. The technician had his work cut out for him but he jumped right in. There were rust stains from old furniture legs. There were also cat stains that had been there for years.
