I needed my 3rd floor apartment’s carpets cleaned prior to a move out and not only did Nesheim’s give the most competitive price by far, but they’re also local. All initial communications with the team via email was prompt, courteous and my questions were well answered. The initial inspection was also really helpful and also assured me to the actual cost (no surprises!). Lastly, the technician who came and cleaned our carpet was polite and considerate during COVID as well as friendly. All work was completed faster than estimated. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end with Neishem’s. From the first call to set up service through our amazing technicians Eddie and Jason, the experience was terrific. Eddie and Jason went out of their way to work through the July 4th holiday weekend, keep us completely informed and communicated throughout the whole water damage mitigation process (which can be stressful). I request and received an in person inspection and quote. An appointment was set and as a result of all concerns being addressed and questions answered the appointment was set and agreed to. The 64 year old hardwood floors were showing wear, especially in the high traffic areas and the grout in the kitchen/dining room and two bathrooms needed professional cleaning. Employees of Nesheim were respectful, polite and professional and the floors look amazing. If there is anything negative at all to reference for this review, it would have to be not sticking to the original schedule discussed at the time I signed the contract. But overall, I am very pleased with the results!. I would recommend Nesheim’s for your hardwood floors and grout cleaning.
