Eddie and Jason went out of their way to work through the July 4th holiday weekend, keep us completely informed and communicated throughout the whole water damage mitigation process (which can be stressful). Nesheim’s has cleaned my carpets in the past, and I’ve always been happy with their service. I’ve taken my Persian rug and other area rugs to Nesheim’s for cleaning for a number of years, and just recently did so again. They always do a really great job, and are really careful in the way they handle these items. Their prices have gone up over the years, though, and I’m not sure I will be able to continue to afford their rug cleaning service.

I request and received an in person inspection and quote. An appointment was set and as a result of all concerns being addressed and questions answered the appointment was set and agreed to. The 64 year old hardwood floors were showing wear, especially in the high traffic areas and the grout in the kitchen/dining room and two bathrooms needed professional cleaning. Employees of Nesheim were respectful, polite and professional and the floors look amazing. If there is anything negative at all to reference for this review, it would have to be not sticking to the original schedule discussed at the time I signed the contract. But overall, I am very pleased with the results!. I would recommend Nesheim’s for your hardwood floors and grout cleaning.
