He then came to pick it up the next morning, and had the rug back to me in a week (over the holidays) looking 1000% better.

Nesheim’s has cleaned my carpets in the past, and I’ve always been happy with their service. I’ve taken my Persian rug and other area rugs to Nesheim’s for cleaning for a number of years, and just recently did so again. They always do a really great job, and are really careful in the way they handle these items. Their prices have gone up over the years, though, and I’m not sure I will be able to continue to afford their rug cleaning service.

All initial communications with the team via email was prompt, courteous and my questions were well answered.
