Nesheim’s has cleaned my carpets in the past, and I’ve always been happy with their service. I’ve taken my Persian rug and other area rugs to Nesheim’s for cleaning for a number of years, and just recently did so again. They always do a really great job, and are really careful in the way they handle these items. Their prices have gone up over the years, though, and I’m not sure I will be able to continue to afford their rug cleaning service.

I requested and received an in-person inspection and quote. An appointment was set, and after all of my concerns were addressed and my questions were answered, we agreed to move forward. The 64-year-old hardwood floors were showing wear, especially in the high-traffic areas, and the grout in the kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms needed professional cleaning. The Nesheim team was respectful, polite, and professional, and the floors look amazing. If there is anything negative to mention, it would be not sticking to the original schedule we discussed when I signed the contract. Overall, I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend Nesheim’s for hardwood floors and grout cleaning.
