The technician had his work cut out for him but he jumped right in. There were rust stains from old furniture legs. There were also cat stains that had been there for years. I request and received an in person inspection and quote. An appointment was set and as a result of all concerns being addressed and questions answered the appointment was set and agreed to. The 64 year old hardwood floors were showing wear, especially in the high traffic areas and the grout in the kitchen/dining room and two bathrooms needed professional cleaning. Employees of Nesheim were respectful, polite and professional and the floors look amazing. If there is anything negative at all to reference for this review, it would have to be not sticking to the original schedule discussed at the time I signed the contract. But overall, I am very pleased with the results!. I would recommend Nesheim’s for your hardwood floors and grout cleaning.
