We′re looking for an honest, hard-working perfect team member to join our family-owned carpet cleaning business. We're willing to train a fast learner with a strong work ethic who's good with people. You'll start out earning $15+ per hour based on experience but that's only the start. Once you complete your paid training and establish your skills and work ethic, your pay will increase to include commission. Our top technicians are earning $40,000 to $50,000.

In your role as a technician for our company, you will be cleaning carpets, upholstery and hard surface floors in our customers′ homes and businesses. Some lifting is involved, so you must be able to lift 70 pounds. Some of our best technicians have come from service industry jobs such as lawn care, landscape, janitorial and construction. You must have reliable transportation, clean background, clean driving record and a stable work history.

Experience as a carpet cleaning technician is helpful but not required. As a strong candidate, you must have good people skills, a happy demeanor and a track record getting along will with others on your team. Since we're always in our customers′ homes and businesses, being well-groomed is important also. Nonsmokers preferred, no smoking is allowed in company buildings, vehicles or anywhere on the job site. Everyone on our team has high moral work ethics.
