Please select Platinum, Gold, or Silver Package. In addition, you may select to apply Scotchgard and /or have upholstery cleaned.

  1. SILVER PACKAGE: Includes All Open Carpet
    1. Turbo-vacuum carpeting (Removes dry soil and other particles? Before they get wet.)
    2. Pre-Treat all problem spots with appropriate spotting agent.
    3. Two-step cleaning system:
      (Cleans more thoroughly and leaves no dirt-attracting residue behind.)
      Step 1: Pre-spray with environmentally safe detergent solution (Allows detergent to work on the soil longer. Cleans better.)
      Step 2: Rinse carpeting with pH-balanced rinse agent.
      • 200°+ water temp
      • Clean edges and baseboards with wand
      • Rinses soil, pollutants, and all soap out of carpeting
      • Leaves carpet truly clean
    4. Fan dry carpeting : (Returns carpet to service sooner, helps prevent tracking and "wicking".)
    5. Groom and set carpet pile.

    Warranty
    One Year Spot and Spill Warranty
    •If, after following directions on our spotters, you cannot remove, we will come out at no charge.
    •Unfortunately, even Scotchgard cannot protect against certain permanent stains caused by Kool-Aid/fruit drinks/food dyes, any pet stains, mustard, furniture stains, bleach, bodily fluids and therefore the warranty does not apply.
  3. PLATINUM PACKAGE: Includes Gold & Silver Packages PLUS?Furniture Moving.
    •Homeowner should remove breakables and pick up toys, magazines, small items, etc.
    •Pianos, file cabinets, bookshelves, beds without wheels, desks, home entertainment centers, computers, excluded
    •All furniture moved will be blocked or tabbed to prevent staining

    UPHOLSTERY CLEANING:

    We also clean upholstery and if you are interested in a price, please give us the lineal feet of your sofa, love seat or sectional. (Measure from outside arm to outside arm) If you want a chair cleaned mark the applicable boxes.

SCOTCHGARD UPHOLSTERY PROTECTOR:
