Step 1: We pre-spray the carpet with an environmentally safe detergent solution which allows the detergent to work on the soil longer and cleans it better
Step 2: We rinse the carpeting with pH-balanced rinse agent at 200°+ water temperature which rinses soil, pollutants and soap out of the carpeting leaving it truly clean.

• Scotchgard® which extends the life of the carpet, helps to prevent permanent staining and makes cleaning easier.
• One Year Spot and Spill Warranty. If, after following the directions on our spotters, you cannot remove a stain, we will come out and clean the stained area at no charge. (Unfortunately, even Scotchgard cannot protect against certain permanent stains caused by Kool-Aid/fruit drinks/food dyes, any pet stains, mustard, furniture stains, bleach, bodily fluids and therefore the warranty does not apply).
Carpet Cleaning Platinum Package
The platinum package includes both the gold and silver packages PLUS…
• Furniture moving. You should remove breakables and pick up toys, magazines and small items.
(Pianos, file cabinets, bookshelves, beds without wheels, desks, home entertainment centers, computers, are excluded).
• All furniture moved by our crews will be blocked or tabbed to prevent staining.
